How do I track my order?

• Go to My Account → My Orders to see live status for every order.
• Once your parcel ships, the tracking number and courier appear on the order.
• You'll also get a notification each time the status changes.

What is JoyCredit?

JoyCredit is the reward balance you build up as you shop.

• How you earn it — purchases, product reviews, referrals and daily check-ins.
• How you spend it — apply it at checkout to reduce what you pay.
• Cash it out — withdraw your balance instead of spending it, from your account.
• Your current balance is always shown under My Account → Rewards.

How do QR payment-proofs work?

For bookings and in-store services, your order carries a QR code as proof of purchase.

1. Open the order in My Account → My Orders.
2. Show the QR code to the merchant when you arrive.
3. They scan it to confirm your visit — and the order is marked as fulfilled.

What payment methods can I use?

• Online payment via our secure payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery where the seller offers it.
• JoyCredit, applied against your order total at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

• Delivery times vary by seller and destination — the estimate is shown at checkout.
• Orders from different sellers may arrive separately.

Can I return an item?

• Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method or to JoyCredit, typically within 7–14 days.
• Some items are not eligible — see Returns & Refunds.

How do I sell on JoySaves?

• It's free to join — no listing fees and no monthly subscription.
• You can run a full shop, offer services and bookings, or both.
• Read Sell on JoySaves, or register directly at seller.joysaves.com.
